We had our most successful night ever at the 2009 NHBC awards held on Friday 6 November.

Philip retained his Regional Award - this time for his work at Alder Grange and Stephen a top ten place, winning a seal of excellence, for his work at Bartley's Wood.

We congratulate both on their magnificent achievements!

Philip will again represent Northern Ireland In the UK Finals in January 2010.

Dunlop Homes has enjoyed a long running and consistent success in Pride in the Job competitions. To win such an award takes an exceptional level of commitment, hard work and attention to detail.

NHBC Pride in the Job awards are the Oscars of the House building industry. They are awards presented to site managers who have demonstrated outstanding levels of skill across 38 areas of site management including Technical Expertise, Quality Control and Health & Safety.

The competition is rigorous with around 18,000 site managers across the UK entered into the awards. In addition, each site manager is assessed over 12 months to gauge an accurate view of how they manage their site and the overall quality & finish of their new homes.
